This has been achieved through taking a holistic and integrated approach to Talent Management to attract, engage and retain employees across a range of sectors. Interventions and initiatives have included the development of Employee Value Propositions, redesign of Performance Management systems, design and implementation of Leadership and Technical Competency Models, Succession Planning and Career Pathways, and Leadership and technical training interventions.
