Asha Stabback is a strategic HR and Organisational Development professional who has worked in both public and private sector over the last 10 years focused on enabling organisations to build the capability within their organisation to achieve their business objectives. This has been achieved through taking a holistic and integrated approach to Talent Management to attract, engage and retain employees across a range of sectors. Interventions and initiatives have included the development of Employee Value Propositions, redesign of Performance Management systems, design and implementation of Leadership and Technical Competency Models, Succession Planning and Career Pathways, and Leadership and technical training interventions.
Asha is accredited in the HOGAN psychometric assessment tool and has coached individuals and teams from Executive level to Supervisors in both operational and corporate environments.
