John provides clients with business intelligence across a broad range of strategic areas. John has national and international experience in external and internal brand strength, engagement and satisfaction research. John has experience across a myriad of industries from construction and resources to fast moving consumer goods. He has worked on projects for some of Australia's leading brands including Bunnings, Victa, Microsoft and Kraft.
John's strength in robust research design has seen his work being used as supporting evidence in legal proceedings for brand and trade mark hearings. Some of his work in this area has been used for brand logo defence and for an application to register a 'price' based tagline as a trademark.
John has a particular interest in research linking employee engagement with customer satisfaction, brand equity and business performance. His work in this area seeks to identify gaps in performance and provide strategic recommendations on how best to close those gaps to enhance business performance.
