Professional experience:
Nada is a specialist trade marks solicitor.  In 2003 and 2004 Nada worked for BSkyB, a broadcaster in London, assisting in the administration of that company's trade mark, patent and design portfolios.
Upon returning to Australia, Nada worked for one of Australia’s largest intellectual law practices in Melbourne.  In 2008 Nada relocated to Perth where she was admitted to practice in that same year before joining Wrays Lawyers in 2009.

Nada has gained extensive knowledge and experience in intellectual property matters with a key interest in trade mark prosecution and litigation work.  This is complimented by her experience in the enforcement of rights of trade mark holders relating to infringement, and she is also experienced in advising on relevant Federal and State trade practice and fair trading legislation.

Nada has managed large and varied trade mark portfolios for a number of Australian and international brand owners ranging from cosmetics and luxury fashion goods to food and beverages and other consumables.
