At Wrays Lawyers, our commercial advisory practice offers:
- practical solutions to licensing, assignment, encumberment and other dealings in intellectual property rights

We also liaise and negotiate with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, the Australian Customs Service, and the Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation in the labelling of goods

- unique legal insights into technology areas associated with the pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and the defence industry
- solutions on confidential information, including customised clauses for employment contracts, and privacy compliance
- advice on music, film and broadcasting, rights associated with the Australian media industry. This includes protection agreements, releases, talent agreements, soundtrack contracts (including synchronisation agreements) and merchandising agreements.
We do not practice in corporate law, taxation, banking, or any other area of the law which does not have a connection to intellectual property. Intellectual property is our sole focus. Our team does not simply dabble in intellectual property or maintain a faddish interest in the subject. It is entirely what we do.
