Professional Experience:
Kristine has gained experience in a range of intellectual property matters, advising clients on a variety of issues pertaining to copyright, trade marks, domain names and patents.

Kristine manages a variety of trade mark portfolios ranging in size from large Government affiliated organisations to mid-sized enterprises and smaller businesses.  She is experienced in providing advice in relation to brand protection, trade mark prosecution and registrability.  She advises trade mark owners in terms of protecting and enforcing their existing rights, as well as in relation to the commercialisation of their assets.  In addition, she has experience advising on relevant Federal and State trade practice and fair trading legislation.

Kristine also has experience in Federal Court trade mark infringement proceedings, and has drafted a variety of IP agreements.
