The Wrays offices will be closed around Australia for the Christmas and New Year period. Our Offices will be closed from 25th December 2015 and re-opens on 4th January 2016. Should you wish us to attend to a deadline which falls during this period please provide your instructions to us before 21 December 2015. If you are not able to provide instructions on a matter before this date, please contact us as soon as possible with your instructions.
The Australian Intellectual Property Office is closed from 25 December 2015 and re-opens on 4 January 2016, while the New Zealand Intellectual Property Office is closed from 25 December 2015 and re-opens on 5 January 2016. If a due date arises while these offices are closed, applicants are given until the first business day of these offices re-opening to attend to the action due.
