One of the primary aims of our Management and Strategic services (MSS) division is to deliver IC management solutions tailored to suit our clients' unique commercial and business requirements. Our goal is to help our clients deliver real commercial benefits from their IP asset portfolios. We do this by identifying, crystallising, and protecting latent intellectual property in their organisations, and assisting them in managing their intellectual property monopoly rights to provide additional shareholder value and generate new revenue streams.

We work with a range of clients in different industry areas and provide assistance and services at many levels;

• Working with Company Directors to implement and enhance IC governance frameworks. Research shows that companies with effective IC strategies in place outperform the market.
• Partnering with management teams to introduce and manage IC and IP management systems as a foundation for commercial strategies. Working with universities and public sector bodies to set in place processes to clarify IP ownership in joint projects and contract research arrangements.
• Providing organisations with access to skilled IP professionals with commercial experience who can provide a part-time in-house IP Manager capability or who can sit on and direct the activities of an IP Committee for the business.
