Professional Experience:

Alexandra joined Wrays in 2011 as an Articled Clerk.  She previously worked as an Associate to the Honourable Justice Janine Pritchard at both the State Administrative Tribunal and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Alexandra now practices in the area of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. She has experience in trade marks, designs, consumer law and passing off matters.  She acts for a wide range of clients, both local and international, from small businesses through to multinational corporations.

Alex is presently involved in assisting:

• a maritime defence contractor in its global trade mark strategy;
• a global airline in protecting its brand;
• several property developers with trade mark issues; and
• a bank with trade mark and domain name issues.
