Professional Experience:
Laura joined Wrays in 2011.
Laura practices in the area of protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights. She has experience in trade marks, domain name disputes, defamation, consumer law and passing off matters. She acts for a wide range of clients, both local and international, from small businesses through to multinational corporations.
Laura's recent experience includes acting for companies in e-commerce disputes, predominantly, acting for an international finance company in multiple online defamation matters on platforms such as Facebook, and in multiple UDRPs.
