Professional Experience:
Nadia Mansour is a commercial lawyer who specialises in contracts law and major projects.
After several years working in banking and finance at a major national law firm, Nadia joined Bank of Western Australia Ltd as a contracts lawyer in 2003. She became the Head of the Contracts & Retail Legal team where she was the key legal contact for major projects such as IT ventures, procurement and outsourcing. She was also the key legal adviser to Bankwest's Retail Bank division.
Nadia has extensive experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts concerning new business ventures, confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding, technology contracts, service agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements and intellectual property licensing agreements.
She also has experience in managing large scale transactions and major projects generally.
Nadia joined Wrays in September 2010 as Special Counsel and brings with her more than 10 years legal experience together with her practical, commercial and straight forward approach.
