Rebecca is a Senior Paralegal in the Commercial and Contracts Team.
Rebecca has 15 years experience in the legal industry including 2 years working at a major US law firm in London. More recently, Rebecca spent over 5 years as a Paralegal in the Contracts and Retail Legal team at Bank of Western Australia Ltd.
Rebecca’s experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on confidentiality agreements, service agreements, IT and other commercial contracts; contract management and document control; risk management and the management of an extensive intellectual property portfolio.
Rebecca joined Wrays in January 2011.
