Professional Experience:
Peter has acquired over 17 years in the field of patents and designs. Starting as a Patent examiner in the Venezuelan Patent Office where he was trained by the European Patent Office in patent searching and examination procedures. Subsequently, he moved to the private sector joining the most important patent law firms in Venezuela (Bentata Abogados and Hoet, Pelaez, Castillo & Duque (formerly Bentata Hoet & Asociados)). In 2001 he moved to the U.S.A and worked as a technical assistant in Osha and Liang LLP (formerly Rosenthal and Osha).
In 2002 Peter passed the USPTO examination and gained recognition to practice in patent cases before the United States Patent Trademark Office.
Peter has worked in the fields of Oil production (Drilling equipments and Geophysical surveys), Oil well prospecting (Impedance, Nuclear and MNR), Medical instruments, Optics, Sustainable Energy Technology and General Mechanics.
