• drafting of trade mark applications;
• filing trade mark applications both locally and internationally;
• opinion work;
• acting in opposition proceedings;
• prosecution of trade mark applications; and
• networking and business development.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years trade marks experience, with thorough understanding of the Trade Marks Act and Trade Marks Regulations.   Additionally, you will possess excellent communication and drafting skills, and a team player approach.
