Trade Marks Administrator
Melbourne

As a Trade Marks Administrator, I provide support for the Wrays National Trade Mark Practice group by assisting both fee earners and clients with administrative-based tasks, queries and projects. I joined the firm in 2023 and am based in the Melbourne office.

I started my career as a Patent Assistant where I had my first exposure to working in the world of IP and where I learned to appreciate what it meant to own and protect your own invention. I quickly developed an interest in playing a role in ensuring that IP assets, being one of the most valuable in a business, are secured, and found the opportunity to work alongside clients to reach the best possible outcome extremely rewarding. This initial interest bloomed into a genuine passion for IP protection, and with my law background in mind, I decided to pursue a career in Trade Marks where my skills and knowledge can be further expanded and put into practice. Now brand protection has become my favourite area of law.

Wrays has since supported my career goal of working towards a Trade Marks Attorney role, which I hope to move into in the near future. To be able to work with an incredibly supportive, understanding, warm and very talented team is the job-satisfaction I have always looked for and am very grateful to have.
